About Me

Mieow :)

About me. Me, myself and I. Well, there is a lot to say, let me tell you that.

I’ll start with the basics. Pretty much an average 16 year old girl. I’m a kind of emo/scene/indie/rocker type girl, but I am really a geek – as you can tell, I have a blog. I have two cats, which really get on my nerves sometimes, but I do love them, and two parents and a brother (all three of which get on my nerves). I also have some very awesome arm candy. He’s the brains behind this blog really. Toby is amazing… Ahh. I’ll go into more detail about him later. It will take me a while. I have a few amazing friends as well.
I’m at a pretty good school, if I’m honest. Yes, I have and will complain about it, but I have to admit there are a lot of good things about that place.
Apart from family, friends and school, music is my life. There is never a moment when I’m in silence. If I’m on my own, you can safely bet that I’ve got some tunes blaring out of speakers near me. I could name hundreds of artists that have had an impact on my life, especially my teenage life. If I’m honest, which I shall be seeing as this is meant to be about my life, I like a very wide variety of music, but not all that R&B, rap, hip hop stuff. It takes no talent to talk into a microphone, rhyming a few random words. Actually, that is a little harsh, some of it is okay. Some. There’s a lot of more unknown stuff that I love, but then I do like some mainstream stuff, like Oasis: my all-time favourites.
Hobbies. You can normall find me in front of my laptop (which I have thanks to Toby), usually doing something geeky. Like this, for example. But if I’m not doing that I’m normally in town, or exerting myself with some form of physical activity. I can Lifguard, and I’m a pretty okay goalie. I played for the school team.
So yeah, I’m a scene geek who loves music and plays pretty much every sport you can think of, apart from hockey and netball. They suck.

Well, I suppose that’s the present. I haven’t had the best past a teenage girl could have. It involved bullying, and multiple heartbreaks. But really, since I’ve grown up and stopped paying attention to immature people, the first of the two has let me be. As for the latter, I’ve got my amazing boyfriend, Toby, to love, and he loves me to. I am really lucky.

Overall, I’m happy now :)

What I get up to

I believe there are many. I also believe that this list will grow as I write many many posts. Which will be awesome! Right, here goes…

Top of the list has to be Toby, obviously. He is the best thing in my life right now, and for a very long time before now. Actually, the best thing in my life, ever.
Other friends too.
And family. I don’t like all of them all of the time, but overall, they are a good thing. Family also includes my cats, my babies. They do make me laugh.
Music rules a lot of my life. I hate being alone without it.
Writing is actually really good. Takes up time and actually helps with stress. Not quite as good as killing Play Dough for that, though.
Food is very very good. Food is the best. I couldn’t live without food. And I know not many people can, but I would be really depressed if I couldn’t eat all the time. I would also be very depressed if eating all the time actually had an effect on the size of me. I don’t seem to get fat even though I eat tonnes every day. Me likey lots.
I have strange obsessions with a few things too.
Pirates are one of them. Especially Pirates of the Caribbean pirates. Captain Jack Sparrow is very nice…
Vampires are another. Especially Twilight vampires. Edward Cullen.. Mmm… (Yes my boyfriend does know I fantasise about vampires. He thinks I am one)
I love flourescent colours as well. I don’t know why. I think I’m like a jackdaw. Only instead of shiny, it’s flourescent.
I like things that most teenagers like.
Going out, and staying out late, is great. Especially when I’m with Toby and don’t have to think about getting home to do homework, or get up for exams the next day.
Starbucks is very cool. Their caramel hot chocolate is very very nice, even though you do feel sick if you have a large one.

I can’t think of anything else right now, but I will add a lot more…
