Well, it really started because ofToby. He’s my lovely boyfriend, and he works for a web hosting company, Evohosting, who hosted this site for me until Toby started up EtherClear, who provide UK managed hosting. He’d been suggesting I understand his work a bit more for a while, and found an unused domain called Mieow, which is rather appropriate due to the amount of Kat-cat jokes he makes about me. So he told me the password to the domain and told me how to install WordPress, and here we are. Well, not exactly. It took a lot of messing around and writing to get it to where it is now, including changing from that original domain to my name, and actually posting regularly, which I still haven’t really got used to!
I actually love having this though, it’s like a way of letting out all my stresses without pissing anyone off, ’cause they don’t have to read it if they don’t want to. It’s also allowed me to really find out who I am. I’m a geek deep down, but it’s way more complicated than just that. My many interests and emotions make me more than just a computer geek; I’m a unique geek.
I’m slowly filling up my server storage space with posts about my general life, including stuff about life, work and play. I’ve got into World of Warcraft, and I’m going to be adding posts about my efforts as a WoW player. I’ve started doing web and graphic design, so there may be some rambling about that also. So this teenage girl’s blog is a bit more than kiss and tell, it’s geek talk and gaming, plus some pretty designs that I find/come up with. And kiss and tell once in a while!
